Melissa Schneider
– Creative Force in Interior Design
From a young age Melissa was fueled by her passion for creativity and design. With a degree in marketing and a decade of experience in product design she pivoted to interior design when she prepared for her first home renovation and flip alongside her husband. A self-taught aficionado, Melissa’s ability to transform spaces from ordinary to extraordinary is a testament to her dedication and talent. In 2022 she honed her skills and expanded her horizons with Ballard Designs. This experience enriched her with invaluable experience and insight, solidifying her standing as a professional in the field. Today Melissa and her husband have completed dozens of renovation and design projects keeping function, style and details the top priorities in every space.
Andreas Schneider
– Florida Licensed & Insured General Contractor
Born in Switzerland, Andreas discovered his passion for construction and design at an early age. He started to study landscape design and gardening, as well as road construction at age 16. In 2013 Andreas moved to the United States and quickly joined some of the state’s largest construction companies. Rising through the ranks he took on pivotal roles such as superintendent, project manager, and in-house scheduler. With every project Andreas demonstrated his unwavering dedication to precision, innovation, and top-tier craftsmanship. In 2018 unique opportunities in the field of real estate investing surfaced and he found himself investing in local and out of state homes and apartment buildings. Today Andreas has assembled a qualified team of contractors to execute and complete projects with Homes Innovation.
