Melissa Schneider
– Creative Force in Interior Design
Born in Switzerland, Andreas discovered his passion for construction and design at an early age. He started to study landscape design and gardening, as well as road construction at age 16. In 2013 Andreas moved to the United States and quickly joined some of the state’s largest construction companies. Rising through the ranks he took on pivotal roles such as superintendent, project manager, and in-house scheduler. With every project Andreas demonstrated his unwavering dedication to precision, innovation, and top-tier craftsmanship. In 2018 unique opportunities in the field of real estate investing surfaced and he found himself investing in local and out of state homes and apartment buildings. Today Andreas has assembled a qualified team of contractors to execute and complete projects with Homes Innovation.
Nicole Dubiel
– Interior Design & Marketing Assistant
Nicole is a junior at Florida Atlantic University, where she’s pursuing a degree in business marketing. Recently relocated to sunny Florida, she is embracing her new environment while nurturing her passion for interior design—a love sparked by her parents’ home remodeling adventures. With a keen eye for design concepts, colors, textures, and layouts, Nicole has a natural talent for creating beautiful spaces. Outside of her studies and design pursuits, she’s a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys beach outings, spending quality time with friends, and visiting her family in Chicago.
Brandon Reid
– Digital Marketing & Content Creator Assistant
As a senior at FAU, Brandon is harnessing his marketing skills to bring fresh ideas to our team. With a natural talent for crafting unique and engaging content, he enhances our marketing channels with creativity and flair. When he’s not busy editing videos or writing captivating copy, you can find him on the golf course or actively participating in his social clubs and business fraternity.
Beatrice Brambilla
– MBA Student at Florida Atlantic University, Marketing with a Minor in Digital Marketing
Beatrice Brambilla is an MBA student at Florida Atlantic University, where she previously earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing with a minor in Digital Marketing in May 2024. Originally from Milan, Italy, she relocated to Boca Raton to pursue her studies and embrace new opportunities. A passionate linguist, Beatrice speaks four languages—Italian, English, Spanish, and German. She has a deep love for marketing, fashion, and design, drawing inspiration from the intersection of creativity and strategy. When she’s not immersed in her studies, she enjoys traveling with her twin sister, going to the beach and exploring new trends.
